Guinea pigs can sneeze for the same reasons we do (like dust). However, sneezing is also a symptom of respiratory infections, in which case antibiotics are needed. Does your pig have other symptoms, like crusty eyes, runny nose, weight loss (you need to weigh your pigs weekly)?

You can check out the section on upper respiratory infections at Guinea Lynx.

In guinea pigs respiratory infections are usually bacterial, as opposed to viral, so your other guinea pigs shouldn't be able to "catch it" from the sick one.

You will want to weigh the sick pig daily, however, to make sure he/she is eating and drinking enough.

You always want to weigh your pigs weekly. Otherwise it's possible not to notice illness until it's too late. A sick pig eats less, hence the weight loss.

Read this on weighing, from Guinea Lynx.

Embalina, if your piggie is sneezing it could be a huge problem. Not that it doesn't occasionally happen from dust or some such, but many times it's a URI (Upper Respirotory Infection) which more than likely will need to be treated with antibiotics (if it's bacterial and not virile) in order for the pig to recover.

Did you get your guinea pig from a pet shop? Almost every guinea pig that comes from a pet shop has a URI as well as other problems like mites.
