Question Need advice on behavior on old pigger with new pigger

Um theres no really nice way to put this... Our vet said to wait until our abby pigger (also calico) was atleast one y/o until introducing another into the picture so we did, Tuggles is now 14 monthes old and big as ever. Today we went out and came home with his little brother (not yet named) who's almost identical to him, and the problem began. Tuggles will not stop humping him! I mean over and over NON-STOP. This is not a joke I'm really upset, I dont know what to do??? Do i seperate them, call the vet? Anyone who's experienced this please respond. Thank You- Erika

I'm sure someone with more experience will chime in soon, but until then, I'll just tell you that mounting = dominance behavior. he's not gay. just let it go on, he's establishing himself as head piggy. It won't go on forever! females do it too, when introduced to new pigs. have you been to Index of / ?read the sidebar info, esp social life/introductions.
good luck! hang in there, they'll be fine!
make sure baby piggy has somewhere to escape to, though. take advantage of his small size--tuggles won't be able to follow him into a small opening.

Are you absolutely certain it is a male? Please double and triple check and seperate/take them to the vet for sexing if you are not certain.

We went and had the baby (now named Shea) checked out, hes definetly a boy, and Tuggles is behaving much better already. Oh and Shea has his own little hidey space thanks for all the help.
Xoxo- Erika
