Help!I can't take care of my guinea pigs!

Hi,I'm asking for serious help.My guinea pig had babies and their the cutiest ever.The problem is I really can't take care of them.I really don't want anything bad to happen to them.Does anyone here know where in the world i can bring them?I live in Clifton and I would love if someone can give me any kind of information about shelters or adoptions in this area,even if its not Clifton.Please let me know as soon as poossible.Thank you so much!
