Default C&C Cage Question

I've had my little guy in a pet store cage for about a month as he is just little, but he's gotten much bigger now and I'm preparing to make a C & C cage for him. I found a local supplier that sells the Coroplast I'm just looking for what size sheet I would need.
I only have one right now but I just started volunteering at a new local shelter that has some available for adoption so I'm thinking about getting mine a buddy in the next few weeks. So what size would be recommended for 2 pigs? The one I have currently is quite the rambunctious little guy and loves to run like crazy and popcorn, so I want him to have a decent amount of space.
Thanks so much!

Its so awesome that youre going to get a C and C cage and possibly even another pig! Woohoo! Well first of all, check out this site since it has instructions on how to make, design ideas, photo galleries and size requirements for the amount of pigs: www.guineapigcages.com

Incase you dont really want to take the time to click that link Ill just post the sizes here

Min-----Preferred-----Cubes
-1 piggy---7.5 sq ft ---(More is better)--- 2x3
-2 piggies ---7.5 sq ft--- 10.5 sq ft--- 2x4
-3 piggles ---10.5 sq ft ---13 sq ft--- 2x5
-4 pigglettes ---13 sq ft ---(More is better)--- 2x6

I would suggest a 2x4. That will give you 10.5sq ft which should be a good amount for two piggies. Your little guy is going to go nuts in that size of a cage! As far as the coroplast, I cant say for sure but I think a 4ft x 8ft sheet is big enough. Im sure one of the rescues can tell you exactly. Whenever you buy the cubes, make sure there are 9 little sqares on a 14in cube, anything bigger can cause problems. I hope this helps!

Thanks for the info! I got the grids earlier today and had to place an order at the sign store so they can cut it to the right size, they wanted to know exact measurements. They gave me an original estimate of $15 but then upped it to $30 saying they pay more than $15 wholesale for it. I'm having a hard time believing that though because it's a franchise (Sign-O-Rama) and I've seen reports of people buying from the same store for much cheaper. Oh well, I think it's the only game in town. They also didn't give me a color choice so I'm guessing it's going to be white, but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.
Thanks for the help AmysAnimals! Hopefully I'll have it all put together by tomorrow or Friday at the latest.

You are the custumer if you are paying you are suppose to have the color choice. If a store double the price of something I would talk to the manager, if they do not give me the original price, I'll simply walk away letting them know that they are lossing a sale and a custumer!!!

Hrm, I wish I had a Sign-O-Rama near me. I would love to get a 2x5 coroplast base for when I expand Oscars cage and get his buddy. Do they have a website per chance? If so, Ill have to look on it for a store locator.

This thought just popped into my brain, do you think a UPS store might carry it for packing? One of my friends family owns the local UPS store so I could probably score a fair price if they carry it. Has anyone gotten thiers from UPS?
