guinea pig digestion problem

so, i am a new guinea pig owner and i received two from a friend of mine. one of them is in great health and very normal. but the other is quite large for a pig and had a problem pooping correctly. instead of every things coming out one at a time, he saves it all up and it comes out about the size of a large walnut.
i was wondering if there was a diet i could put him on or anything else that my solve this problem.

He is impacted. He needs the fold around his anus (Perineal Sac) cleaned out. Males, especially unneutered ones, need this area checked often and cleaned regularly as they tend to drag their bottoms on the ground and get all kinds of gunk caught in there along with their softer Caecal pellets.
