This site Guinea Pig Rehome - Adopt a unwanted Guineapig (cavy) from a rescue centre is the UK equivalent of America's Petfinder.com: Adopt a pet and help an animal shelter rescue a puppy or kitten. It may be helpful for people to find GPs to adopt.

Default kijiji classifieds
as well as craigslist, another popular classified website called kijiji often has guinea pigs listed:

in canada: kijiji.ca
in the usa: kijiji.com
in england: gumtree.com
in australia: gumtree.com.au

and there are many other countries to choose from.

please look into adopting from your local shelter or rescue before checking classified ads.
