I have been a lurker but never posted until today. I have two piggies and just adopted 2 more from a lady who advertised here. I picked the ladies up today and they are happy in their new home. My other two are seperated from them for a month and they are wheeking at each other across the hall from the rooms they are in. I can't wait to bring them into the family room. We are keeping their names pook and midnight, the other two are snoopy and sasha. Just thought I would introduce them as well as myself. My name is Dana and am thrilled that I have a little herd now.

Hi everyone!!

I'm Sandy and my 2 daughters (21 & 13) and I became piggie parents this past Sunday when we adopted 2 beautiful little boy piggies from my daughter's friend, when she couldn't keep them because she was moving in with her boyfriend and he is allergic to animals. They have adjusted to their new family very quickly.

They are both a bit over a year old and from the same litter.

The picture in my avatar is of our new piggie friends, the one on top is Zim, and the one on the bottom is Shelby.

This place will be of a great help to me since this is the first time I've ever had guinea pigs, I've had lots of hamsters but no piggies and their care is a bit different from hamsters, I found this place when seaching online for articles on piggie care
