If he's a Teddy and he's that old his fur should be poofy by now, so I believe his previous owner cut his haor and he is a Texel. Not a Teddy.

Peruvians have long hair, not necessarily soft. And it doesn't look like he has the center cowlick to me. He may be Silkie if his hair continues to grow but he looks like a mutt to me. Though cute.

It was just a thought....and yes, he has a center cowlick. I thought maybe he was a mix..it doesnt matter...He's a sweeite regardless...
