Hi everyone,
Well I thought I better put my introduction in here that way people know who I am and who my piggies are. Since I've been here for a while now. I mostly check out piggies that are adoptable and cavy crafts.

First off a little about me. My name is Erin. I'm a stay at home mom of two children, Ruby will be 4 on July 28th and Alexander will be 2 Sept 25th. I foster guinea pigs for the McDonald Family Animal Rescue which is based here in edmonton. I have a dog and lots of fish. I'm also married to a wonderful man that puts up with my crazy cavy life.
Now the best part, the schimpf piggies!

First we have:
Pickle, named by my daughter, is my first piggie of my adult life. I had many growning up but he is my first on my own. He is my all around brat, *laughs*. He is agressive towards me, has bitten me twice now. I use fleece in my cages and he is the first to flip it and the puppy pad so he can pee on the bottom. He will be 1 this August.

Clover, I named her, she was brought back to a pet store with a broken leg and head trama, she had her leg operated on and I adopted her. I named her Clover as she is very lucky to be alive.

Lila, Was named Delila but my kids could only say lila and it stuck. She was bought to keep Clover company. Shes my most vocal piggie and will let you know how she feels when you pick her up for cuddles.

Kink-Ko, named by my son, he is the newest pig to our little family. He came to us a few days ago and is only about 8 weeks old.

Buttercup is one of Clovers daughters, she was born August 4th.

Pixie is Clovers other daughter and the sister to Buttercup. We where going to rehome her but she won my heart over.


Finally my foster boys.
Harvey and Stan are two male Guinea Pigs who came from very different circumstances! Stan was rescued by a concerned individual from a neglectful petting zoo, and Harvey was surrendered by his owner after being well cared for. Poor Stan is missing one of his eyes due to bullying at the petting zoo, but he doesn't let it stop him from enjoying life! Harvey is approximately six months old, and Stan's age is unknown. He is likely a couple of years. They get along very well and are always together. They love to come out and run around in the play room. I posted an ad for them here today. So hopefully some one in my area will come give these guys homes. I've been posting ads on kijiji for over 2 months now.
