I just wanted to post Sam here. I posted last night that he was in so much pain after him being neutered yesterday. And I just posted about his death in the same forum, but I didnt realize this one was here.

Sam was a great little piggy. Very passive and friendly. You could putyour fingers in his mouth and he wouldnt bite (unless he had to potty). He always walked up to you when you walked in the room. he wanted to see what you were doing and maybe get a little pet from you. And of course he would start wheeking in hopes for some treats.

He was our first piggy and then we got him Polly. They had four baby boys and they were all so cute. Sam hated being away from Polly while she was healing. They would call each other from opposite sides of the room. It was so cute. Now Polly is very lonely and misses her Sam. Since he has been gone to the vet yesterday morning to get neutered, she has been looking for him all over the big empty C&C cage.

I am hoping to get her a friend to travel with when we move across country in a month. She really likes haveing company.

Anyway, Sam... We will miss you and will love you always. You will forever be our best little buddy.

I'm so sorry to hear about your precious little Sam. Losing a pet is very much like losing a member of the family. The only comfort right now is that I believe with all of my heart that you WILL see him again, at Rainbow Bridge. I believe God loves all of his creations and there is a place for them, including our precious little piggies. So look to the day when you both can cross Rainbow Bridge together, into a land where beds never have to be cleaned and Timothy Hay never runs out. Peace to you.
