We lost Mama today

We lost Mama pig (Venus) today. We were playing outside and the combination of the cancer and heat was more than her little body could handle. She was the sweetest and best pig we had, and the best Mama in the world to Cupid, Khione, and Kalais. We will miss you Miss Piggy.

Please make sure that if you take your pigs outside they have plenty of shade, and if it's too hot it's best for them to stay indoors.

We often had them outside to play, they loved eating the grass and running free.... I believe the cancer was the main culprit, her son acted like it was any other outing and the heat didnt affect him at all. I do know that we should have been more careful with her in her condition, but Im happy that she passed doing one of the things she loved the most and that she never really suffered like she may have at the end with the cancer.
