Default Piggy weight loss?

My oldest boy, Coco, is a little bit..*hem* chunky. After his snuggle budy Chipper passed, i spoiled him a bit too much and gave him too many kaytee honeysticks. I know its really bad, but he ways about 2080 grams (4 pounds ish). he doesnt seem to be effected by his chubbyness, he breaths fine and scampers (its REALLY funny watching him try to popcorn) and when i take them for their anual check ups, the vet just giggles and asks how "hogzilla" is doing. Is there anyway i can get him to lose a bit of weight to get him to an average weight? Or is he just "big boned?" He seems to be the dominant piggy of the three, but im not sure if that makes a difference? i take him out to feed him seperatly, and i put him back when the other boys finnish eating, but he's just a lil chubber. Im not sure what to do with the lil mister! Advice, please.

I had a vet tell me that my 1075 gram pig was overweight and that I should limit pellets or remove them altogether. But then I've talked with ladies that run rescues who say that a little extra weight is fine, and definitely preferred over underweight pigs.

They said that if they have extra weight on them it's easier to tell when they're losing weight and they'll have reserves to get them through an illness (theoretically).

So...I have taken him off his "diet" and he seems just fine for now.

Who cares if he's fat! (personally I think fat piggies are the CUTEST!) As long as he's healthy I think him being overweight is not a problem. My piggies are somewhat over weight too when I pick them up their fat sticks out of their sides!
