#2. Edit your PROFILE!
Before you can place a listing for adoption, rescue or for sale of safe guinea pig products, you need tell us more about yourself in the appropriate profile. Go to My Profiles to update.
If NOT in the US or CANADA:
#2a. Put yourself on the MAP!
If we don't have a zip or postal code, we need to know about where you are so that we can calculate distances for everyone in the world! Go to Googlemap Members to map yourself! US and Canadian members have the option.
#3. Place a Listing!
Based on which profiles you've completed, you may now Place a Listing! Any member can create a shelter listing AFTER they've created a Googlemap PLACES location for it.

Little Black Beauty
Margaret is a single female Abyssinian guinea pig. Margaret is black with a tiny bit of white on her foot. She is about six months old.
Margaret came into the rescue with her two female relatives when their former owners were going through a divorce and they could no longer keep them. Her two female relatives came in pregnant so she was seperated from them, but then reuinted after they had went through their births. Margaret is what we like to call a spitfire, she has a big attitude for such a small piggie. Margaret is a very sweet girl that yells at you when you pick her up, you look at her face and she gives you a squeal and then wants to sit in your lap. She loves her hay and will even go and sit in her hayloft, but usually waits for the hay to drop to te floor before eating it. She loves the other girls in the cage and usually is caught snuggling with one of two of them on top or inside a cuddle sak.
Margaret would do well with any other group of girls. She loves the company of the other girls in the cage and would enjoy being an addition to a herd. She does well with handling and loves sleeping in her cuddle saks. Margaret loves food and lives for food. She will run up to the side of the cage and wheek up a storm and wait for the food to arrive. She also loves when her hayloft is filled, she popcorns on top of her cuddle sak and then goes and eats the hay.
