No, if you are banned you can read but that's it. You can't post, you can't PM and you can't access profiles.

Kind of related, and a question I think other people will be interested in hearing the answer to:

If a member of the forum sends a PM about taboo topics, like asking where to buy babies, or their plans to breed, or that kind of thing, do the admins want to know about it? I mostly just find it annoying and try to ignore it, and it seems a little ridiculous to tattle on people, but sometimes I wonder if they're trolling and if it would benefit us as a community to expose them. Thoughts?
