You mentioned in another post that you may have to leave because of gustav? Are you going? If so I just wanted to say I'd keep you in my thoughts...This is gonna be a mess for people and animals alike. Good luck and stay safe

My grandmother had to stay with us because of Gustav, she lives in Pascagoula, MS, so she should be hit hard.
Anyway, if Foggy is going, I also wish her good luck. We're getting 40 MPH winds here.

ugg..i hate it when they make people evvacuate, do you know if they are letting people take there pets with them?? Me and my family refuse to evvacuate from here, unless they let us bring out pets (my mom is pretty stuborn) which is a good thing.

You could've brought pets, but it doesn't really matter anymore...

Yes, I heard Voodoo was going she mentioned it on that thread where the pigs got markered by a child. She had to write her number on all the animals bellies. So I'm assuming you're allowed to take you're animals since she has a whole rescue, to umm duh, rescue.

VJ went to Mississippi, I believe, and is okay. She left well ahead of the storm and she and her little guys are OK! Wet but okay.

wow thats good...it would be a night mare if we ever had to evacuate from here...I dont think we could even catch half of the stray kitty population (stupid person who refuses to neuter) outside of my house.....and I dont think we would all fit in the car...the 13 inside cats, one piggie the 6 of us aand whatever of our outside kitties that we could catch. Poor voodoo.....did he have to take a plane with all her animals??? That would be hard since she has all the rescue animals with her too...
