Pigger #3 and a cage upgrade!

Everyone, I am tickled to announce the adoption of our third wee girl, Sassy. She comes to us from the lovely ladies who run the rescue in Latrobe, PA, who were also kind enough to build us a 2x5 C&C.

Sassy is a super spazzy, punk rock, bed-headed, red-eyed abby who prances on her toes and really needs to pudge up. Someone rescued her from Craigslist and turned her in to the rescue, where she was introduced to vegetables, hidey-castles and human love. She totally loves hanging out with my other two girls, and they have decided to be completely tolerant of her stealing their food and squishing into a pigloo with them. I picked her up for some quiet one-on-one this morning and she peed on me. I think that means we're off to a good start.

I am thrilled for you and your family. I live about 30-40 miles from Latrobe and am hoping to visit the rescue there soon. We lost one of our female piggies, Matty, and are thinkg about a new friend for Fluffy. Glad to hear that your experience was good. Best wishes!!
