Trouble uploading profile pic

Post Trouble uploading profile pic
I am attempting to upload a photo from my pc for my profile. The picture will appear on the screen when I add it, but them a message comes up that the image failed to upload. Please assist. Thanks.

It may be too big or the wrong format.
