As a user searching for listings, once you enter either your zip code, postal code, or your specific latitude and longitude, it is stored in a cookie on your computer. This way you can come back at any time and not have to reenter your location. If you change the search zip code or latitude/longitude, the change is also remembered for your next search.

At the moment, the application does not sort by location. That is a planned feature. So you may limit your selection by entering the radius of your search in the "within" field. You can also choose to view the distance calculations in either miles or kilometers.

To enter Latitude and Longitudes as your search center, rather than US Zip or Canadian Postal code, select the drop-down option: "Postal" and change it to "Geography." Please use at least 2 decimal places. Values can be negative (put the negative sign in FRONT of the number. Please use at least 2 decimal places. You can enter up to 6 for more accuracy.

For ADVANCED searches, go to the search pull-down menu in the navigation bar towards the top of the window (underneath the main graphics). Select "Advanced CLASSIFIEDS Search."
