Before you can place a listing for adoption, rescue or for sale of safe guinea pig products, you need tell us more about yourself in the appropriate profile. Go to My Profiles to update.
If NOT in the US or CANADA:
#2a. Put yourself on the MAP!
If we don't have a zip or postal code, we need to know about where you are so that we can calculate distances for everyone in the world! Go to Googlemap Members to map yourself! US and Canadian members have the option.
#3. Place a Listing!
Based on which profiles you've completed, you may now Place a Listing! Any member can create a shelter listing AFTER they've created a Googlemap PLACES location for it.

Bonded Pair Of Unique Females
Fauna & Merryweather are a bonded pair of short hair female guinea pigs. Fauna is a Silver Agouti. Merryweather is completely black. Fauna is around 2 years old. Merryweather is around 1 1/2 years old.
Fauna came into the rescue after her bonded cage mate passed away. Merryweather came into the rescue with a few other girls, when their owner could no longer care for them. Fauna had never found a cagemate here in the rescue the whole time she's been here, but when Merryweather came in we knew she was the one. Fauna previous cagemate before coming into the rescue was a black short hair girl, but she was also blind. Fauna is a very dominant girl, so when we found out Merryweather was blind in one eye we thought it would work. And it did. Merryweather is blind in one eye, so when Fauna goes to try to start something Merryweather ignores her and Fauna goes back to doing her everyday things. Merryweather is a super sweet girl who loves to be held and loved on. She is blind in one eye but that doesn't give her any problems, she finds her way around the cage without any problems. Fauna isn't as dominant now that she has found a friend. Her and Merryweather do wonderful together, even sometimes sharing a cuddle sak during veggie time.
She is very vocal, and she is a rare piggie, because she is a Chirpper. Sometimes in the evening she decides she was to chrip like a bird. Merryweather doesn't chirp like Fauna but she has a very loud wheek and let's you know when she's hungry or thirsty. These girls need to be the only pigs, they could not be added to a herd because of Fauna's dominance issues, but they would be wonderful just the two of them. They are chubby girls that need some loving and would love to find their forever home.

Our adoption fee is $25 per pig. As stated in her profile listing, she doesn't currently get along with any other female pigs
You live in CO? That might just be a bit too far. We are located in Pennsylvania and we DO NOT SHIP guinea pigs, it's inhumane.

I agree that she is beautiful!! We would love to have her, but our Miss Fluffy is our priority right now. If you have a female that might get along with another one or a male that we could neuter, let me know. We are very interested!!

If she still avaliable in July I would love to take her I have a cute little female guinea pig. I'm going to be moving back to my home town in P.A. in July.
