How to GET CLASSIFIED!

#1. REGISTER!
You need to register on the site. This is only to prevent spammers from polluting our site and your inbox! Your email is confidential and will never be shared. You need to register to reply to listings as well as place listings.
#2. Edit your PROFILE!
Before you can place a listing for adoption, rescue or for sale of safe guinea pig products, you need tell us more about yourself in the appropriate profile. Go to My Profiles to update.
If NOT in the US or CANADA:
#2a. Put yourself on the MAP!
If we don't have a zip or postal code, we need to know about where you are so that we can calculate distances for everyone in the world! Go to Googlemap Members to map yourself! US and Canadian members have the option.
#3. Place a Listing!
Based on which profiles you've completed, you may now Place a Listing! Any member can create a shelter listing AFTER they've created a Googlemap PLACES location for it.

City of Hollister Animal Control
The City of Hollister Animal Shelter was established in 1982 and serves as a safe have for thousands of domestic animals who are lost, abandoned, neglected or unwanted. The shelter cares for approximately 3500 animals each year and maintains an "OPEN DOOR" policy, accepting all animals.

Hollister is a small city shelter. They do not usually get in guinea pigs. However, this shelter was the shelter from which CavySpirit rescued 300 guinea pigs from a breeder seizure case!
