Wise old male guinea needs a home!
This great little man, named Chokey, has had a rough time in the beggining. I rescued him from a terrible pet store a few years ago, where he had many cuts from fighting, and a serious eye infection. After a few weeks of rehabillitation, he grew into a great little pig, although he did lose his eye. Years later, he is a little fragile, but a great companion nonetheless. Chokey is neutered, and lived in community with 3 other females, and does well with less aggressive piggies. He would prefer a calm, loving home, with little stress.

My partner and I are leaving the country for two months, and sadly we have to find new homes for our babies. If you feel like you are ready to accept this wonderful guinea pig into your home, please get in touch. Thanks for reading!

Chokey is adorable. I am looking for a companion for my abyssian guinea pig I already have. He isn't aggressive and I think he would make a wonderful companion to your Chokey. My guinea pig, Elvis seems very lonely so I think he needs a friend. I already own 9 guinea pigs and they are all (same sex) paired up, except for my little Elvis. I assure you, everyone of my guinea pigs get their own love and attention from me and they are ALL spoiled rotten. My guinea pigs are my babies, so Chokey would go to a very loving home. I liveabout 15 minutes from St. Louis.

I have decided that I really am not feeling comfortable with taking in another guinea pig in just for a companion for my Elvis when I don't know if they will get along or not. I have decided to go ahead and get him fixed, so he can be housed with my two girls and that will solve his lonliness problem. I hope you find Chokey a good loving home. Good luck.
