How to GET CLASSIFIED!

#1. REGISTER!

#2. Edit your PROFILE!
Before you can place a listing for adoption, rescue or for sale of safe guinea pig products, you need tell us more about yourself in the appropriate profile. Go to My Profiles to update.
If NOT in the US or CANADA:
#2a. Put yourself on the MAP!
If we don't have a zip or postal code, we need to know about where you are so that we can calculate distances for everyone in the world! Go to Googlemap Members to map yourself! US and Canadian members have the option.
#3. Place a Listing!
Based on which profiles you've completed, you may now Place a Listing! Any member can create a shelter listing AFTER they've created a Googlemap PLACES location for it.

George: Neutered male in Portland, OR
Eight month old George is waiting for the right family to come along and take him home! He's currently being cared for at Cavy Meadows Rescue in SE Portland. This guy puts on a great show. He is very smart, outgoing and extremely active and vocal. He thinks he's a puppy dog. George is neutered, so he can be placed with a submissive female or young male cavy. George came from a home with lots of young grabby hands, so he would do best with children 10 or older.

George is a cool little piggy! He's got lots of spirit, and is highly entertaining. Like so many pigs, he dislikes hands reaching into his cage (Get out of my cage!), but once you have him in your lap, he relaxes for a good petting.
He's a good looking little guy, too. You can't see this in the picture, but his other side is covered with black and white stripes!

George has moved to Seattle, now. Not adopted yet, but in a foster home.
