#2. Edit your PROFILE!
Before you can place a listing for adoption, rescue or for sale of safe guinea pig products, you need tell us more about yourself in the appropriate profile. Go to My Profiles to update.
If NOT in the US or CANADA:
#2a. Put yourself on the MAP!
If we don't have a zip or postal code, we need to know about where you are so that we can calculate distances for everyone in the world! Go to Googlemap Members to map yourself! US and Canadian members have the option.
#3. Place a Listing!
Based on which profiles you've completed, you may now Place a Listing! Any member can create a shelter listing AFTER they've created a Googlemap PLACES location for it.

2 Males looking for home in New Orleans
I have developed a severe allergy to my piggies. I read a bunch of articles and tried everything to figure out if it was them or if it was the hay. Hay just makes me sneeze and allergy pills take care of that aspect. It makes me sad because I can't really play with them anymore. I was always sensitive to them, I would get a small rash but it would go away relatively quick. Now it is much worse and I'm just suffering just to keep them with me because I don't want to see them go. I have been through alot with my pigs. I want the best for them and I know I can't give them the love I used to be able to give them.
My boys are named Teddy and PP. Teddy is such a sweetheart and I used to be able to have him sit on my chest while i read or he would sit and talk to me and tell me about his day. He hates having his nails trimmed and instead of nipping me like PP would do when he gets upset with me, he just starts licking you trying to sweeten you up. I obtained PP after hurricane Katrina from a shelter in Baton Rouge. He is named PP because the first thing he did when I picked him up... well he peed on me. Sooo I just had to have him. He's really fussy and the submissive of the pair.
My boys are living in a Coroplast 2x6 cage. I would give that along with their water bottles, pigloos, I recently bought a large oxbow 10pound bag of hay in a trashcan thing that its kept in along with it. I'm just very upset and anything that I have that they currently now I will give away with them as long as I know that they will go to a loving home.
