How to GET CLASSIFIED!

#1. REGISTER!
You need to register on the site. This is only to prevent spammers from polluting our site and your inbox! Your email is confidential and will never be shared. You need to register to reply to listings as well as place listings.
#2. Edit your PROFILE!
Before you can place a listing for adoption, rescue or for sale of safe guinea pig products, you need tell us more about yourself in the appropriate profile. Go to My Profiles to update.
If NOT in the US or CANADA:
#2a. Put yourself on the MAP!
If we don't have a zip or postal code, we need to know about where you are so that we can calculate distances for everyone in the world! Go to Googlemap Members to map yourself! US and Canadian members have the option.
#3. Place a Listing!
Based on which profiles you've completed, you may now Place a Listing! Any member can create a shelter listing AFTER they've created a Googlemap PLACES location for it.

Ginger - long-haired pig available
We originally had two female guinea pigs - Ginger and Nutmeg - and loved them. Unfortunately, Nutmeg contracted Breast Cancer and recently died. So all we have left is Ginger. We really think she's lonely because she doesn't run around like she used to when she had her friend. We have decided at this time that we don't want to get a second guinea, so we'd like someone with guineas to give Ginger a friend to play with.
Ginger is a light brown long haired cavy. We're not sure of her breed, but she looks a lot like a Peruvian. We've had her since late 2005 so we believe that she is about two years old. We've kept her in a custom-built cavy cage so she's used to a lot of room! She was the friendliest of the two guineas, so she'll let you pet her and she'll come and sniff your hand if she thinks you have food.
Hopefully there is someone in the vicinity of NE Edmonton, Alberta who can give Ginger some new friends.
