Two little piggy boys up for adoption! Hi there! My two male guinea pigs are looking for homes! They're renameable, but I have named them Beetle and Alexander for the while I have had them.
Alex, my little calico guinea pig, was raised from a newborn. He had a sister, and both were born healthy. I have found his sister a new home, as well as his mother, but it's him and his father, Beetle, which are looking for homes. This was all thanks to a gender mixup thanks to a pet store staff member that sexed my female guinea pig wrong.
As I said, Beetle is Alex's father, so they're definitely bonded.
I kept them because they were my favorites, and I will miss them, but I found I do not have the time for them. Reckless and stupid of me, I know...but I want them to find good owners.
They're shy little things that like playing the game where they run away from your hand and squeak...but they never, ever bite and once they're held, they absolutely love the pampering and petting!
Alex -appears- to be a tortoiseshell and white, while Beetle also appears to be a tortoiseshell and white smooth coat.
I could be wrong, but there's pictures just so you know.
Alex has one black ear and one pink ear, and Beetle has a little white patch behind his head and a big line down between his eyes. Alex is especially funny because on one side he looks white and brown, and on the other he looks brown and black! He looks like two different guinea pigs depending on the side you look at!
They're very, very sweet little boys that whistle for food if they hear the crumpling of a bag! They especially love sliced apples and lettuce.
Both do -not- need to be adopted together, but it would be preferred since they get along extremely well. Please contact me, be you interested in one or both!
Thanks!
