#2. Edit your PROFILE!
Before you can place a listing for adoption, rescue or for sale of safe guinea pig products, you need tell us more about yourself in the appropriate profile. Go to My Profiles to update.
If NOT in the US or CANADA:
#2a. Put yourself on the MAP!
If we don't have a zip or postal code, we need to know about where you are so that we can calculate distances for everyone in the world! Go to Googlemap Members to map yourself! US and Canadian members have the option.
#3. Place a Listing!
Based on which profiles you've completed, you may now Place a Listing! Any member can create a shelter listing AFTER they've created a Googlemap PLACES location for it.

Two baby girls up for adoption
This is kind of a sad story..I went to Petsmart to get some hay and seen a really fat piggie in a fish tank cage with some other baby pigs. So I made a comment to the sales boy about her being pregnant. His young and foolish response was ' Is that why she is so fat'?! Oh brother....Anyway he turned to me and said 'I will give you a 15% discount if you buy her. What! Why? Because my manager was very upset when a rat we had for sale about a month ago had babies. And he is not going to like this at all. Soooo of course I bought her..and at the check out they listed her as DAMAGED GOODS TO GET THE DISCOUNT!!!! Can you believe that!? Any way about 2 weeks later she had 3 babies while we were out for the evening, but one didn't make it.
The other two are girls and about a month old now, healthy and sassy. I already have 4 other piggies and its just to much. They don't seem to be bonded so they could go separately. I am keeping the mom, she is so sweet.
