How to GET CLASSIFIED!

#1. REGISTER!

#2. Edit your PROFILE!
Before you can place a listing for adoption, rescue or for sale of safe guinea pig products, you need tell us more about yourself in the appropriate profile. Go to My Profiles to update.
If NOT in the US or CANADA:
#2a. Put yourself on the MAP!
If we don't have a zip or postal code, we need to know about where you are so that we can calculate distances for everyone in the world! Go to Googlemap Members to map yourself! US and Canadian members have the option.
#3. Place a Listing!
Based on which profiles you've completed, you may now Place a Listing! Any member can create a shelter listing AFTER they've created a Googlemap PLACES location for it.

Two females need home: Philadelphia, PA
I will be moving into a dorm in September. I am not allowed to have pets with me, so I really need to find a good home for my two guinea pigs.
If someone can take these guinea pigs in, I will really appreciate it. I will provide the 27"x31" C&C cage and whatever supply of hay and pellets necessary to start them off. I will provide whatever is necessary at no cost. I just need a good home for these two girls.
They are about five months old. Guinnie is multicolored and very energetic. She has this little twirl on her head where the hair splits funny. (I will upload new photos soon.) Ronnie (Veronica) is a little chubby and tends to lie around until she feels like jumping up to chase Guinnie around. Her fur is black and smooth.
They are both very beautiful. They eat a lot, pee a lot, and poo a lot. They aren't friendly with strangers at first and can be extremely timid.
I would prefer an experienced guinea pig owner who can take care of these girls for years to come. They are high maintenance and require fresh vegetables at least twice daily. No breeders or young children. I prefer a responsible person who can really deal with the grooming and daily care taking.
I live in the Philadelphia, PA area so if you are around here than it will be even more convenient.

I would love to give your girls a loving home! I am sympathetic for the situation that you are in, and I am sorry that you have to give your girls up, but I assure you that I will take wonderful care of them. I am an experienced guinea pig care-giver; I had once had a guinea pig before, he lived for five wonderful years. He left me a couple of weeks ago and I miss him a lot.
